The Bridgewater Hall’s 30th Anniversary Season
In September 2026, The Bridgewater Hall celebrates its 30th Anniversary, marking three decades as one of the UK’s most important cultural venues. Located in the heart of Manchester, the Hall has become a global destination for live music, renowned for its world-class acoustics, bold programming, and role in shaping the city’s cultural identity.
The 2026-27 season will celebrate this milestone by reflecting on the performances, people, and stories that have defined the Hall’s first 30 years, while also looking to the future. A programme of special anniversary concerts, flagship performances, and creative collaborations will bring together artists and audiences from local communities and far beyond. Highlights will include storytelling events, a major new musical commission shaped by audience voices, and a landmark concert on Sunday 20 September 2026.
Please see below for the concerts and events we are shining a light on this season. We will be updating this list regularly, so please check back for more information.
