The Bridgewater Hall is one of Manchester’s most prestigious cultural venues. Every year we host around 300 performances of classical music, rock, pop and other music-related and spoken word events. The building also provides a stunning location for conferences, meetings and other events. The Bridgewater Hall is in the business of creating a complete and positive experience for our customers from the moment they become aware of us to the time they recount the visit to others. Each employee carries the responsibility for maintaining these high standards and in return, we invest in human resources through training, equipment and appraisal.

Without our employees we would not be able to maintain the high standards required and this is clearly specified in our mission and vision statement:

We respect and value the contribution of all our employees and volunteers in achieving our core values. We invest in all of our employees and volunteers to ensure that they have the skills, knowledge and ability to deliver our business plans and sustain a world class customer service. Through our operation of The Bridgewater Hall, we aspire to be recognised as an exemplar of cultural good practice.

In working for us you would be joining an experienced and friendly team who will provide full training and support. A large part of our success is our focus on customer service excellence, and many of our audiences and clients are regular repeat customers for this reason.
