Can I request a physical gift voucher?
Yes. To request a physical voucher by post, forward your purchase confirmation email to supervisors@bridgewater-hall.co.uk.
How can I redeem my gift voucher?
Gift vouchers can be redeemed online, by telephone or in person at The Bridgewater Hall Box Office. You can use a voucher to pay for all or part of your booking, with any unused balance held on your account for future use within the voucher’s validity period.
Can I use a gift voucher for food and drink?
Vouchers cannot be used directly in the bar or restaurant. However, they can be used towards a restaurant booking if it is paid for in advance through the Box Office or online.
How long are gift vouchers valid?
Gift vouchers are valid for two years from the original date of purchase. The Bridgewater Hall accepts no liability for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
