A-Delta was born in Basel and arises from the enthusiasm of three saxophonists who not only share their love for chamber music, but also the desire to bring a breath of fresh air to classical and contemporary music.
A-Delta’s distinctive character is based on its creative and open approach to repertoire. They have participated in concerts and festivals both nationally and internationally. They are aspiring members of the European Chamber Music Academy and have participated in its sessions in France, Switzerland, Italy, and Germany. They were finalists in the prestigious Juventudes Musicales de España Competition in the chamber music category and received First Prize at the Orpheus Chamber Music Competition in Switzerland, and the prize for the best performance of a contemporary work at the Arnuero International Chamber Music Competition.
