Take a look behind the scenes at The Bridgewater Hall, and learn more about Manchester’s iconic international concert venue. Our entertaining and knowledgeable tour guides will lead you through the building’s history, its acoustics and architecture, and even the world-famous organ, as well as giving you access to parts of the building not usually open to the public. This tour will feature a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter.
Please note that the undercroft is accessed by two flights of metal steps – unfortunately there is no step-free access to this part of the building; all other areas are fully accessible.
The tour will last for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Please note that tours sometimes take place when the Hall is otherwise closed.
Please contact the Box Office on 0161 907 9000 or supervisors@bridgewater-hall.co.uk to let us know about any access requirements for attendees.
We run specialist organ tours throughout the year which will give you a chance to get a really close look at the Bridgewater Hall organ. Keep an eye out on our website for upcoming dates!
