Founded in February 2023, The Mancunium Consort have been described as “one of the rising stars of the Choral Music scene” by world-renowned ensemble, The Gesualdo Six. Led by Harry Mobbs and Joseph Taylor, the group’s main ambition is to widen the platform for young professionals in the North.
We caught up with Harry from the choir to learn more about their inspirations, aspirations and what audiences can expect from their concert here.
Live at Lunchtime is a series of free concerts, taking place on various Fridays throughout May to September. Doors open at 12.30pm, with each 45-minute performance starting promptly at 12.45pm, providing the perfect opportunity to enjoy some musical entertainment during the space of your lunch break!
