Discover some of the UK’s most exciting young musicians, in this landmark performance by Chetham’s Symphony Orchestra – thought to be the first youth orchestra concert in front of a live audience anywhere in the UK since before the pandemic.
This performance of pieces by Clyne, Serocki and Resphigi is culmination of a two week music festival at Chetham’s School of Music, the UK’s largest specialist music school.
Guest conductor Ben Gernon – acclaimed for his heart-felt and evocative interpretations – has conducted many of the world’s major orchestras including the Czech Philharmonic, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Chicago Symphony, Oslo Philharmonic and BBC Symphony orchestras.
