Famously conjured up by folk duo Spiers and Boden during a traffic jam, Bellowhead burst onto the British scene back in 2004, their early days seeing them regularly lauded as “one of the country’s greatest live outfits”.
Following a brief hiatus – and prompted by a record-breaking streamed performance during the pandemic – the band reunited for a sold-out tour in 2022, reaffirming their status as one of the UK’s biggest and most in demand folk acts.
2024 marks the 20th anniversary of not only the band’s formation but also the release of their debut EP, plus ten years since their record Revival entered the UK Top 20, featuring future fan favourites such as Roll Alabama and Gosport Nancy.
