Kumiko are a softly spoken Northern four-piece who fuse elements of jazz and indie to create wistful, angular vibes. Formed in 2015, they take inspiration from the likes of Radiohead, St Vincent, tUnE-yArDs and Billie Holiday. Kumiko enjoy foreign films, long walks and playing scrabble.
Other events in the building – such as tours, lunch groups and conferences – help to maintain our concert programme and Bridgewater for All activity throughout the year. Occasionally a small amount of sound transfer will arise as part of a busy, working building.
