BVG & SHIVA are two of the first formed Indian choirs in the UK, for adults and youth. Choir members are selected through formal auditions from Greater London, Greater Manchester, Yorkshire, Chester, Liverpool and Croydon. The choirs have performed at high profile venues in the UK and India.

For this performance at The Bridgewater Hall, both choirs will present authentic songs of India includes popular group songs, raga based Tarana, Vedic chants & hymns, famous poetry and songs of the four seasons. The choir songs are composed and artistically led by Rakesh Joshi. The choir also performs popular songs, written-composed by famous Indian poets-composers. Both choirs are managed by the BVG Trust.
