From the genius of Mozart to music of the present day by the great Polish composer, Penderecki — Piano 2006 presents some of today’s finest pianists and interpreters while also championing exceptional young talent.
With so many varied concerts, workshops and free foyer activities, as well as accessible, introductory pre-concert and daytime events, the piano will be seen and heard in all its guises — not least in the Mozart Concerto Series, the magnificent centrepiece of these festivities.
