The greatest dancer of them all, and the music inspired by him, is recalled by his daughter Ava Astaire McKenzie. Irving Berlin, Jerome Kern, George Gershwin, Cole Porter and Billy May are all legendary songwriters, famous for their style and wit, who composed for Fred Astaire. These songs have become popular to a whole new generation, through shows like Strictly Come Dancing, but have never really gone out of fashion.
