| Conferences & Events Services  The Bridgewater Hall has a dedicated team to provide a full range of technical, audio and visual technology and support. The Technical team can provide services from a full-scale conference set-up in the Auditorium to basic seminar support equipment in the Green Room. Technical specifications and equipment hire charges can be printed from the audio/visual page. Our Head Chef, Marco Giuseppe Tedde, has prepared an extensive menu selection to choose from. These menus, which include breakfast, canapés, standing finger & fork buffets, seated buffets, fine dining and post concert suppers, as well as our functions wine list, can be printed from the menus and wine lists pages.
