Welcome to Learning and Participation at The Bridgewater Hall.

We provide opportunities for schools, community groups and individuals to get involved with the work of the Hall. Whether you’re taking your first steps into the world of music or a professional looking for new ideas, use this part of the site to discover what we can offer you.

For the first thirteen years, Learning and Participation was funded and managed by The Bridgewater Hall Community Education Trust. Since 2010, core funding through SMG Theatres has allowed us to expand our work whilst retaining the same aims of innovative, responsive community engagement.

Bring your group along for one of our regular workshops, attend a family concert or explore our current projects to see what’s on offer over the next few months.
