The Bridgewater Hall - Alive with Music

Play Your Part

Auditorium on concert night

The Bridgewater Hall aims to provide all our visitors, be they concert patrons, conference delegates, or a family attending a workshop, a world class experience. Every aspect of their visit should not only meet but exceed their expectations, from the moment of first contact when they book their ticket or arrange their visit to the moment they leave the building. Providing them with an experience that they want to talk about and repeat.

As a Bridgewater Hall Volunteer you can become part of the vibrant enthusiastic team at this prestigious music venue, and contribute to the creation of a world class experience for our visitors.

No matter what your reasons for volunteering; be they social, to gain work experience, learn new skills, give something back or just for the pleasure of spending time in such a great environment, we are certain to have an opportunity to suit you. From front of house to marketing, technical to learning and participation there are volunteering opportunities throughout the organisation.

The time commitment varies depending on the role, but again no matter how much time you have to give there will be something to suit you, be it a few hours a couple of times a month for the long term, or a day a week for a few weeks working on a specific project. There are parts to play in all shapes and sizes.

Volunteers are a vital part of our organisation, contributing a great deal to our objectives, and acting as ambassadors for The Hall. It’s our aim to ensure that each and every one gets the most out of their time here.
