The Bridgewater Hall`s Head Chef, Marco Giuseppe Tedde, has devised an exciting daytime menu of hot meals and an interesting sandwich selection for service in the Stalls Café Bar, or to be taken away. Speciality teas, coffees, pastries and hot and cold sandwiches are available from 11.00am to 2.30pm and main courses from 12 noon to 2.30pm (last orders.

CONCERT EVENING MENUS
On concert nights, bars are open on all four foyer levels, serving both before the concert and during the interval. Coffee is available in the Stalls and Circle bars only and interval drinks can be pre-ordered on all four levels. Head Chef Marco Tedde now offers a selection of pre-concert dining options in the Stalls Café Bar from 5.30pm-6.45pm.
