Eating and Drinking at The Bridgewater Hall
The Bridgewater Hall is open to patrons
5 days a week, from 11.00am to 2.30pm (last orders) Monday to Friday
and from 5.30pm on concert days. Closing times vary depending on the
duration of the evening event.
Concert night services
On concert evenings, bars are open on all four levels, serving both
before the concert and during the interval. Coffee is served in
the Stalls and Circle Bars and interval drinks can be pre-ordered
on all four levels; post-concert drinks are served in the Stalls
Bar. Head Chef Marco Tedde offers a Stalls Café Bar
dining menu from 5.30pm-6.45pm on concert nights; seats to be pre-reserved
at the Box Office.
Charles Hallé Restaurant
Within a short time of opening, The Charles Hallé Restaurant
has established a dedicated following from concert-goers and has
attracted glowing reviews in the local press, including a feature
in the Which? Good Food Guide 2007, as one of the top 1,200
UK restaurants and a brand new listing in The Good Food Guide
2008.
Head Chef Marco Tedde's award-winning menus for pre-concert diners
include full vegetarian options. Meals are served from 5.30pm and
your table can be pre-booked when purchasing tickets.
The menu du jour, giving a choice of starter, main course and dessert,
changes daily and is offered at a fixed price. Click

Stalls Café Bar
The Bridgewater Hall`s Head Chef, Marco Tedde, has devised an exciting
daytime menu of hot meals, hors d`oeuvres and an interesting sandwich
selection for service in the Stalls Café Bar. Speciality
teas, coffees, cakes and pastries, hors d`oeuvres and sandwiches
are available from 11.00am to 2.30pm and hot meals from 12 noon
to 2.30pm.
